This small group manual helps develop attitudes and skills that promote healthy choices thereby protecting young people from self-destructive behaviors. It offers an opportunity to present young people with a chance to change negative behaviors while reinforcing the positive choices they are making. Young people who complete the curriculum gain a new understanding of the process of change. They will learn skills that will enable them to begin removing self-destructive behavior and making positive choices.
