This book has been a great resource for teaching the concept of growth mindset to second graders at my school. The lessons are all very hands-on and interactive, and the children really seem to “get it” after the lessons. The book has MANY resources to print out and easily use with classrooms and/or small groups. I am excited to use the lessons with older elementary students too!

School Counselor

I am a middle school counselor and had already been using other material on mindfulness and growth mindset; this book has given me a lot of ideas for hands on activities and visuals that engage the students. I use the book almost daily. I do adapt the lessons for middle school, but other than not using the mindset chant and some of the suggested books, I have used almost every activity in the book and my middle school students love them.
