Trouble sleeping turns into sweet dreams when two children learn to use mindfulness exercises before bed.
Twins Billy and Betty are having trouble sleeping. Billy’s mind is noisy, constantly chattering, keeping him awake. Betty finds that as soon as her eyes close she starts to worry about what will happen the next day at school.
