By filling out and submitting this form you authorize National Center for Youth Issues to reserve an exhibit table(s) at the Virginia School Counselor Association Conference, October 16-18, 2019, for use by your company or organization. You acknowledge that exhibit space assignments will be made by the Conference Managers in the order in which applications are received, and also agrees to the terms of the Exhibitor Agreement included in the Call for Exhibitors package. All cancellations before September 16, 2019 will be refunded less a 50% exhibit fee.

The Embassy Suites, the Conference’s host hotel, has a conference rate of $130 per night, plus tax, which remains valid for reservations made by September 24, 2019, while rooms are available. The price includes full, cook-to-order breakfast and evening Manager’s Reception.
